I provide the best personalized Travel Agent services in the San Francisco area to handle all of your travel plans. Since 2000, I’ve been securing the best deals for my clients, including customized travel itineraries. Let me plan your next trip.   • Initial Contact: Complete the “Plan Your Trip” form and submit it.

  • Consultation: Within 48 hours of receiving your form, we will schedule a consultation with you. During the consultation, we will gather additional information about your desired trip if needed.

  • Pay Planning Fee: Sonder Travels charges a $50 research and planning fee. The planning fee is required in before the work can begin.

  • Propose Itinerary: Once the planning fee is received, you will receive proposed itinerary within 48 hours.

  • Agreement: If you approve the proposed itinerary, Sonder Travels will provide you with our standard agreement form. We will ask that you return the signed form within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Book Trip: Sonder Travels will book agreed upon reservations on clients behalf. All required deposits will be paid by client at the time of booking.

  • Documents: After booking your trip, travel documents will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving them from our vendors.

Useful information: You may make two modifications to the itinerary. Any additional changes will incur a change fee.
