Service Description

• Initial Contact: Complete the “Plan Your Trip” form and submit it. • Consultation: Within 48 hours of receiving your form, we will schedule a consultation with you. During the consultation, we will gather additional information about your desired trip if needed. • Pay Planning Fee: Sonder Travels charges a $50 research and planning fee. The planning fee is required in before the work can begin. • Propose Itinerary: Once the planning fee is received, you will receive proposed itinerary within 48 hours. • Agreement: If you approve the proposed itinerary, Sonder Travels will provide you with our standard agreement form. We will ask that you return the signed form within 48 hours of receiving it. • Book Trip: Sonder Travels will book agreed upon reservations on clients behalf. All required deposits will be paid by client at the time of booking. • Documents: After booking your trip, travel documents will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving them from our vendors. Useful information: You may make two modifications to the itinerary. Any additional changes will incur a change fee.
